Join us for a special jewelry and ceramics pop-up with artist and designer Akiko Tsuji. Her ceramic works have been sold at Steven Alan stores nation wide and at Maman NYC, Chillhouse, Virgil Normal Los Angeles, Bell's Coffee & Design, No.97 Store on Crosby Street, Paloma Wool, etc. In both fashion and ceramics, she is inspired by nature, simplicity, modern architecture, art, and wabi-sabi approach.
As a cofounder, she has worked over 15 years in design field out of Brooklyn's studio Kon/Struktor and was involved in the branding of Yohji Yamamoto’s identity, the development of Zero + Maria Cornejo label, Evian’s L’original campaign, the new logo for the City of London, and numerous other projects. Inspired by the Bauhaus school of thought, she continues to use her sense and skill of design in creating her world of broad artistic expression. This includes pottery, jewelry, painting, fashion and publishing.
